Problem:
The URL to my Google sheet is missing, broke, stopped working in my facebook group. It was green and now it is red.
Fix:
Sometimes, for whatever reason, the Google URL ‘breaks’ and you need to re-paste the URL back into your Facebook group before you can approve new members. Usually, repasting your Google URL back into the group works and you are good to go. On those rare occasions that repasting doesn’t work, go to your GF ext and makes sure the email address is in the field and you click the blue SAVE button.
After you click on Moderate Group, click on MEMBER REQUESTS
There is where you will paste your Google Sheet URL
TIP 1: Always make sure your google sheet is being copied as EDIT, not View.
